3. Intellectual Property Rights

• Website Content: All custom code, layout designs, graphic elements, text, and visual assets displayed on this portfolio remain our exclusive property or are licensed for use on this site. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of this site without prior written consent.
• Client Deliverables: Upon final payment for a custom project, full ownership and usage rights of agreed project deliverables are transferred to the client. Pre-existing frameworks, licensed third-party plugins, and core tools remain subject to their respective licenses.
• Portfolio Usage: Unless explicitly restricted by a signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), we reserve the right to display completed projects and visual assets in our online portfolio, case studies, and promotional materials.

4. Payments, Scope Changes & Revisions

• Payment Terms: Projects are executed based on agreed payment milestones (typically a deposit prior to project start and final settlement upon approval/delivery).
• Revisions & Scope Changes: Included revision rounds are specified in each project proposal. Additional feature requests or major design alterations outside the agreed scope will be quoted separately.
• Default & Late Payments: We reserve the right to suspend development, remove live site access, or withhold final source files until outstanding invoices are settled.

5. Acceptable Use of the Website

You agree not to use this website to:
